Hotel Reservation

1. Room will be reserved upon the completion of registration fee
2. A confirmation letter of hotel reservation will be sent out with remittance information to the email address of registrant.
3. Rooms availability are limited and assigned on a “first come, first serve basis”; it is highly recommend to make your reservation early. Special discount room rate will be offered exclusively to the 13th APCCMI participants.

Payment Methods
Rates indicated are per room per night in Chinese Yuan (aka Reminbi), inclusive of service charge.

Shuttle Bus
Complimentary Shuttle Buses may operate between selected contract hotels and conference venue (CNCC) morning and evening during the 13th APCCMI; the routes are subject to change.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and refund policy differ from one hotel to another
2. Any change or cancellation should be made in writing and received no later than 24 hours of arrival date via e-mail or fax or the room may be released without notice.
